I've wanted to make a human version of my mermaid character Stella in some sore of 90's street wear. Though I've eliminated the fins in the human form, but kept the starfish on the hat and lightly put pink splotches on her skin. The BG is hand drawn. Stella needs to have some fun on dry land as well. I may do another pic of her in mermaid form.
